Luxury Safari

We’re here to work closely with you at every stage of the planning process, to help organise the ultimate bespoke safari. A small and intimate family trip, a luxurious blow-out adventure of a lifetime, and everything in between: simply tell us what your vision is, and we’ll put everything in place to make it happen.

Going on safari can be one of the most unforgettable adventures of a lifetime, but with so many options to choose from it can be daunting to know where to start. Do you want to fly to Nairobi and spend a couple of days on the coast at the end? Are you interested in the vast savannahs of Kenya and Tanzania, or is it the waterways of Botswana that are calling to you? Perhaps you tie in a trip to the Seychelles while you’re at it?

Working with our trusted partners on the ground across the entire African continent to give you the best experience possible, these are just some of the things we’ll consider when working with you to plan a totally bespoke safari holiday.

Time of Year

If you’re thinking about planning your ultimate safari trip, get in touch to speak to one of our on-the-ground experts about exactly what it is you’re looking for.

Whether this is your first time going on safari, or simply a chance to explore new parts of Africa with friends and family, we’re here to help you with the blue sky thinking and all the little details in between.

Choosing the Destination to Suit You

Based on the time you’ve got available, we’ll help you narrow down a list of potential destinations. It might be that you’ve got a particular country in mind, or that you’re open to anywhere. Whatever happens, rest assured, there is always a good time to go somewhere in Africa!

Working within Budget

We know that safari holidays come in all shapes and sizes, and we’re not here to upsell something that is beyond what you’re looking to spend on this trip. There are various factors at play – time of year (high season and low season safari rates can vary wildly through the year in some places), cost of international flights (some routes are costlier than others), and exchange rates – but with careful planning and our on-the-ground knowledge, we can find a trip within your budget.

Totally Bespoke

Africa offers something for everyone, so let us know your bucket list (or perhaps just a few ideas) and we’ll do our best to make these happen. If you want to see something majestic Mt Kilimanjaro or the vast plains of the Masai Mara, we can work that into your itinerary. Depending on where you decide to go and what time of year, we may be able to arrange hot-air balloon safaris, horse riding safaris, snorkelling with dolphins and much more.

It’s also worth noting that while there’s a wealth of wildlife across much of this vast continent, careful planning can help if there are specific animals you really want to see. For cheetahs you need to head to the open savannah, for example, while for hippos and crocodiles it needs to be somewhere with lots of water. Our guides know exactly where to take you and at what time to see elephants, the great migration of wildebeest, and much, much more. While the animals are wild and sightings can’t be guaranteed, we’re here to work with you every step of the way in planning your ultimate bespoke safari trip.

Unforgettable experiences available

Private Guide Safari

It’s all about the people, and we’ve got the contacts who will turn your safari experience into a truly unforgettable experience.

Big Five Safari

The fabled ‘big five’ – lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos and buffalo – are the majestic beasts everyone wants to see while on safari. While we can never promise you’ll see all of them, our guides have a lifetime of experience in knowing where to find them.

Hot Air Balloon Safari

Witness the great plains of Africa from above in a magical early morning hot air balloon trip over the African wilderness, drifting gently with the breeze as the world comes alive with the sunrise. Enjoy an unforgettable champagne breakfast in the middle of the bush when you land.

Cultural Breaks

Immersing yourself and your family in wildly different cultures and communities is often one of the most impactful and memorable parts of the entire trip. We’ll help you organise trips to meet local people in a way that’s sustainable and ethical, opening your eyes to the dazzling cultural heritage and diversity of the places you’re visiting.

Family Safari

Bringing little ones on safari can open their eyes to nature and animals in a whole new way, often sparking a lifelong passion for wildlife, travel and conservation. Let us know what your requirements are, and we’ll tailor your trip around activities for all the family to enjoy.

Boat Safari

Take to the water and enjoy safari from a whole new perspective, travelling slowly and gently by boat through whole swathes of wilderness that often aren’t accessible by road or foot. It’s also a way to see different animals up close that you’d never normally have a chance to witness.

The Great Migration

The Great Migration is one of the most dramatic and sensational wildlife spectacles you can ever experience, with more than two million grazing animals migrating across the plains of the Serengeti and Masai Mara in an annual cycle that began with the eruption of Ngorongoro nearly 3 million years ago. We can help you shape your safari trip to Kenya and Tanzania to see this up close.

Elephant rehabilitation

Conservation is at the heart of ethical tourism in Africa, and something that will add depth to your experience. We can arrange visits to an elephant rehabilitation centre, an incredible way to meet orphaned baby elephants and support the tireless efforts of those working to protect some of Africa’s most threatened species.

Gorilla Trekking Safari

Do something different and book a gorilla safari in the equatorial mountains of Uganda and Rwanda, where majestic mountain gorillas live deep in the rainforest. Our gorilla safaris usually involve a hike through pristine rainforest, and promise to be one of the most awe-inspiring wildlife experiences on the planet.

Snorkelling and SCUBA diving

Add a different dimension to your land safari by adding on a few days of snorkelling and SCUBA diving on the coast.

Cape Town Tour

If you’re heading to South Africa, we can help you plan an action-packed few days in cosmopolitan Cape Town, where stunning natural scenery, winter sunshine and an excellent food scene make for an excellent layover.
