The Location

The property is located in a central, elevated position overlooking the telecabine in the heart of La Tania – a great spot for astute buyers looking for excellent value property and full access to all the Three Valleys have to offer. You can reach both Méribel and Courchevel by skis in an equally short time, or take the lift directly into Courchevel. La Tania was purpose built for the 1992 Winter Olympics, making it the most modern village in the Three Valley ski area, and recently became an official part of Courchevel. 

There are multiple tree lined runs into town between La Tania and Courchevel, and transport links are constantly being improved between all of Courchevel’s villages. A revamped beginners area with magic carpets will be ready for season 2021-22. The Three Valleys is the world’s largest interconnected ski area, and La Tania offers direct access to the whole area.
