Villa Sevida

Set in the tranquil town of Sevid, Villa Sevida is a wonderful villa for families or friends. The property boasts extraordinary views of the Adriatic, beautifully immersed in the landscape, perched on a hillside and surrounded by greenery. Built in traditional Croatian limestone, the villa is stunning both inside and out, combining modern interiors with wood tones and elegant furnishings. The ground floor features a spacious and impeccably furnished double bedroom with a bathroom en suite. This bedroom is separate from upstairs and can be accessed via a different entrance, ideally combining privacy and proximity. The first floor features two more wonderful double bedrooms, one with a spacious en suite, as well as a bathroom. The open-plan kitchen, living and dining room is stylish and modern, furnished with striking velvet seating and contemporary facilities. 

The terrace is the highlight of the villa, complete with a saltwater pool, volleyball court and heated Jacuzzi. Guests can cook a delicious meal using the built-in, open-fire barbecue, or lounge on a comfy chair whilst admiring the sunset. Sevid is a lovely small town on the Dalmatian coast, known for its clear blue waters away from the crowded tourist destinations. Here, the locals spend their days producing olive oil and goat's cheese. The cuisine is rich in seafood, olives and delicious Malvasian wine. From Sevid, visitors can take a trip to the nearby islands and visit UNESCO -proclaimed Old Town Trogir.
