The main villa is spread across three floors, where the ground floor is home to a fully-equipped contemporary kitchen, a spacious living room and the first en suite double bedroom. Step outside to discover the ‘pièce de résistance’: an incredible pool, along with a spacious terrace and amazing accompanying views of the Ionian Sea. On the first floor are a further two bedrooms, a double and twin, which are both en suite and open to a terrace for more remarkable views. The lower ground floor is occupied solely by a gym, while an annexe building houses the final en suite double bedroom, with a second kitchen and living room.
Guests staying at Philoxenia can walk to a small nearby village within 15 minutes where there are a bar and tavernas, as well as a mini-market.
