Perfectly positioned with views over the sea, Villa Pashalia is an elegant and spacious ABOVE villa located between Avlaki and Coyevinas beach. The villa is beautifully decorated throughout, with a private pool perfect for families and groups. Inside, guests can enjoy a bright and airy open-plan dining and living room, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. The ground floor also features three spacious bedrooms, each with an en suite and opening to the terrace. Head upstairs to discover another privately positioned double bedroom, with a super king size bed and shower room en suite. The lower ground floor boasts a gym, media room and additional bedroom for the youngsters.

The outdoor terrace is large and ideally placed to enjoy the views. There are plenty of places to relax and dine, alongside the pool. The villa is just a two minute walk from a quiet beach, five and ten minute drive away from Kassiopi and San Stephano, where you will find an array of shops, restaurants and bars.

Please advise how you would like the beds to be made up on booking.

Please note that there is step free access/path to the ground floor of the house and a ground floor bedroom with a walk-in shower, perfect for customers who are unable to use stairs.

Concierge

The concierge is non-resident but will visit as required and is contactable 6 days per week. The concierge will gladly arrange a selection of additional services, most of which should be booked in advance and all are at an additional cost.
