The summer annexe contains a fantastic gym with floor to ceiling windows looking out to the gardens, while the poolside annexe contains a comfortable summer living room beside an al fresco dining area. A private pool sits in the centre of the lawn with wooden loungers and parasols for shadebathing.    

The mature gardens at Palmita provide a sense of privacy, yet this house is ideally located just 1.5km from Nueva Andalucia beach and under 2km from infamous Puerto Banús.
