This modern five bedroom villa offers an exceptional high standard of accommodation in a great location nearby to the Kalamar beach club, one of Kalkan’s best beach clubs. Contemporary architecture and design mixed with extraodinary sea views have come together to create some great living spaces perfect for a group of friends or extended family group. Set over three levels Villa Kalamar has an independent studio on the lower ground floor perfect for teenagers or grandparents and then four more bedrooms in the main house spread over the ground floor and first floor. Each bedroom in the main house has access to balconies with sea views out to the Kalamar Bay and bedrooms on the first floor also have great fitted wardrobe space. A spacious open plan living room, dining and kitchen on the ground floor leads out through sliding doors to the pool area with a bar and a stone built barbecue where one can enjoy refreshments by the pool in the day and sundowners whilst making the most of the evening sun looking out to sea across the pool.
