On the ground floor, guests will enjoy a bright and contemporary open plan living/dining and kitchen area, kitted with grand floor-to-ceiling windows to best display the incredible views. A lovely, cool-toned twin bedroom can also be found here, with an en suite, dressing room and access to the pool terrace. Head up the gorgeous marble staircase to discover three more beautiful bedrooms, each with an en suite and opening to a sunkissed balcony. On the third floor, is a double bedroom with a bathroom en suite and opening to private balcony, as well as a dreamy roof terrace.

The pool terrace is a total suntrap, furnished with loungers for lazy afternoons admiring the views. There is also a cluster of sofas and al fresco dining area. The villa is located just over a ten minute walk from Kalamar Beach Club, and a 25 minute walk (or five minute drive) from Kalkan centre.
