Villa Claudia is a lovely, spacious villa set among pines and oaks that drop away through the Malvan Valley towards the sea. On the upper ground floor, guests will find a useful laundry room, as well as a boulevard entrance. The lower ground room is home to the first of six bedrooms, a minimalistic double bedroom with a lovely shower room en suite. Head up to the first floor to discover three more double bedrooms, each with an en suite, some with private terrace or balcony. The annexe offers the perfect spot for guests looking for additional privacy, complete with a sitting room, kitchen and dining area, and two en suite bedrooms.

The large, turquoise pool offers the perfect spot to cool off after a day in the sun. Important information

Compulsory security deposit of €3,000 must be paid by credit card directly to Mathews Luxury Travelat least two weeks before arrival. This is a refundable amount provided there are no damages.

The property is situated on a sloping site. All pedestrian access to varying changes of level between the villa and annex, car park, boulevard, swimming pool, gardens and all terraces is stepped.

For 2024: Use of the main house and annex for all bookings whatsoever the party size. One mid stay cleaning included.

A tourist tax (taxe de sejour) will be payable directly at the end of the stay (approximately EUR3 – EUR4 per person per night for adults of 18 and over)
