On the floor above at second floor level, there is the magnificent master bedroom with panoramic windows and a twin bedroom sharing a large shower room. There is also a terrace at this level. External stone steps lead down from the entrance to the pool area and further kitchen, living room and two bedrooms, one externally accessed.  Outside, a shaded al fresco dining area and outside kitchen with bar area offers the perfect spot to enjoy meals with friends or loved ones.

The villa's exterior spaces are a testament to Mediterranean living, featuring a private heated pool surrounded by comfortable lounging furniture and breathtaking panoramic terraces.
