Villa Aloni

Villa Aloni is a large and spacious gated villa that is perfectly located between town and beach, providing guests with a range of amenities on their doorstep, whilst being able to enjoy the peace and quiet.

As you arrive via the private driveway, you are greeted by the manicured gardens and charming sage green front door. Inside on the ground floor, the space is dedicated to a bright and spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area with french doors providing direct access to the pool area. One double bedroom is also located on this floor with a shower room en suite and private access to the terrace through sliding glass doors. Upstairs, there are a further two double bedrooms, both with a shower room en suite and balcony.

Outside, guests can enjoy spectacular views of the Ionian sea and its warm breeze, whilst being surrounded by large lawned grounds. They can also make use of the private pool, lounge area with fire pit and shaded al fresco area complete with a built-in barbecue and hammock.

A handful of beaches, restaurants and shops are all within 1-2km, the charming village of Svoronata is just 3km away and Kefalonia airport is only 0.5km away.
