The lowdown

The Hotel des Trois Vallées is a lovely ski-in ski-out hotel in the heart of Courchevel 1850. It has been part of the Alpine village since the 1950’s, and has retained much of this old-school charm while continuing to attract couples and families with its laid-back, welcoming approach. The hotel prides itself on having a “different approach to luxury”, and this easy-going charm is exactly what they achieve throughout. It was originally built as an inn for skier and mountain enthusiasts, and the newly renovated decor is inspired by French designers who pioneered mid-century alpine tourism. With only 31 rooms, guests are welcomed into the homely feeling at this family run hotel, and enjoy coming back year after year.

• Prime location near to La Croisette, and within easy walking distance of the village
• Dedicated ski and sports shop within the hotel for seamless fittings, and ski-in-ski-out access to the slopes
• Dine in at L’Épicerie, where seasonal local produce is skilfully prepared, and stock up on local goodies to take home at the hotel’s charming little delicatessen.
• Traditional wooden spa with sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and massage treatments available
