Terraced into the hillside with accommodation on two levels, its chic design, inside and out, is in cool contemporary style, enhanced by ultra-smart bathrooms, natural wood, neutral tones and, here and there, rich fabrics adding colour and character. Generously spacious terraces are sprinkled with parasols and covered patios, accessed directly from the stylish sitting room, and comfortably furnished for al fresco meals, poolside sunbathing and leisurely lounging. Guests at The Beach House are welcomed by the staff and chef service is available to add an extra holiday dimension. Shops and restaurants in Nidri are 8km from the villa.

Important information
Please note that the house is accessed by an unsurfaced road, not suitable for low slung cars, which can be rough in parts. Careful driving is required.
Please advise on booking how you wish the beds to be made up. An extra fold-up bed (mostly suitable for a child) can be placed in a double bedroom.
Chef service can be provided on request. Please note that guests cannot bring their own chef.
The use of P20 sun cream is banned in The Beach House as this particular brand can cause very bad staining on sheets, towels, sun beds and the villa is newly furnished. The owners of the villa therefore ask that guests do not bring P20 sun cream with them on holiday and do not use it inside the villa or in any of the outside areas.
Please note: the access path to the beach for guests at Kalithea, the sister property, runs down the side of this property.
