All on one level, the villa has a Master King bedroom, a double and a twin bedroom each with air conditioning, en suite shower room, and splashes of nautical blues and greens in fabrics and artworks. The airy sitting room has cushioned cane sofas and huge double doors, opening the whole wall out to a covered veranda with a dining table overlooking the sea.

A second spacious al fresco deck is furnished with sun-loungers and seems to be poised right over the water. And cook service is included, just to be sure the holiday is idyllically idle. Sunset Reach is the sister-villa of the larger Easy Reach, which is just next door and is also featured by CV Villas, allowing the two to be booked together for groups of family and friends. They are a brief five minute drive from Speightstown and fifteen minutes from tennis and golf facilities.

Please note Sunset reach is just off the main street, therefore you might hear traffic noise.

Cook prepares two consecutive meals per day. Guests can choose between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner.

Tidal beach: weather and sea conditions throughout the year may affect the size of this beach.

Security deposit of USD 1,000 will be debited from a credit card on arrival to cover incidentals and any damage.
