With a peppering of palm trees to whisper in the breeze and a seven metre swimming pool sunk into large lawns, this charming villa faces the sea and the setting sun, on the Caribbean side of the Cap estate. The secluded sands of Smugglers Cove are a 10 minute walk from the house (94 steps down), hemming a reef that makes excellent snorkeling grounds, if you're lucky you might spot a dolphin; and there is a very good restaurant within strolling distance too, though cook service is included at Sea Pearl. In a setting that’s perfect for early morning dips or walks to Pigeon Island National Park, the single storey villa is comfortably furnished in simple island style, with bright fabric cushions on white wicker furniture and colourful art on cool-toned walls.

Ideally sized for a family of four, but a real treat just for two, the villa’s dining room, living room and each of the two air-conditioned bedrooms open out to a long and lovely terrace, and a romantic pergola overlooking the sea is a natural choice for sundowners. A five minute drive from the golf course and tennis courts, it is about twenty five minutes from Castries.

Important information

A refundable security deposit of US$1000 is due to be paid upon arrival. 

Stays of minimum 7 nights are required over Christmas and New year. 

For parties up to 2 people, one bedroom will be available. This does not apply for the Christmas and New Year when all rooms will be available.  

100% cancellation fee applies for any booking cancelled 60 days or less before departure for travel between December 15th – April 14th inclusive.. For all other periods 100% cancellation fee applies for any booking cancelled 45 days or less before departure.

Children under 16 years of age are permitted if parents sign a waiver form on arrival.
