Just a five minute drive from the brilliant west coast, Oceana is a great value villa sleeping up to eight guests. The accommodation is split across two charming buildings; the main house and the cottage. The ground floor is bright and beautiful where a colourful sitting room opens to the terrace, which is ideally furnished for al fresco dining and relaxing. A private pool is accompanied by comfortable loungers and parasols with hints of the Caribbean Sea visible through the lush gardens. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which opens to the gardens and both en suite. The first floor is home to a magnificent master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a private terrace overlooking the sea. The cottage contains the final en suite bedroom as well as the kitchen, where the villa’s cook prepares 3 delicious meals per day; guests will also benefit from the services of a housekeeper, laundress, gardener and security guard. Another excellent bonus of staying at Oceana is complimentary access to the nearby Fairmont Pavilion Beach Club and Sugar Hill facilities including a gym, tennis court and clubhouse with a restaurant.

50% Deposit required for any bookings travelling between (or including) 15 December – 07 January. 30% at any other times. Please note there is a minimum stay of 14 nights over the Christmas and New Year period. 

For parties of up to 6 only 3 bedrooms will be available in the Main House. Applicable for travel all season except for the Christmas and New Year period from 15 December – 70 January. 

Security deposit of USD 1000 will be held against a credit card on arrival to cover incidentals and any damage.
