Set in the Martinhal Beach resort with full access to all facilities, close to the beach and the neighbouring nature reserve, this stunning modern villa is in an ideal location. Inside, the interiors are minimalist but have been designed with comfort in mind. There is a well-equipped kitchen, and a light, airy living/dining room with floor to ceiling windows looking out to the pool. The ground floor bedroom has an en suite shower room and glass sliding doors providing direct access to the terrace and gardens. A further two bedrooms, one with bathroom en suite, can be found on the first floor. Outside, the private heatable pool is fenced, ideal for families, and is overlooked by the covered outdoor dining area, a lovely setting for family meals al fresco. There is a sandy beach within easy reach, and the resort offers a range of facilities including tennis courts, restaurants, kids clubs and a spa.

Important information

Please note that pool heating will usually bring the water temperature up to approximately 10 degrees higher than the night time temperature. As such in early or late season if the nights time temperatures are low, guests may still find the pool feels cold despite heating.
