This villa is in an excellent position, with sweeping ocean views, and is close to the bars, restaurants and activities of Martinhal Bay resort, while the sandy beach is just a short walk away. The comfortable open plan living/dining room is located on the first floor, making the most of the splendid views with glass sliding doors opening to the furnished balcony. The kitchen is also found on this floor, while the bedrooms occupy the ground floor. There is a light and airy master double bedroom with en suite bathroom and separate shower, glass sliding doors providing direct access to the terrace and gardens. A twin bedroom, also en suite, and two further bedrooms sharing a shower room complete this floor. Outside, a shady veranda leads on to the sunny terrace with private pool. The pool can be fenced if required, making this property an excellent choice for families with young children.  

Please note that pool heating will usually bring the water temperature up to approximately 10 degrees higher than the night time temperature. As such in early or late season if the nights time temperatures are low, guests may still find the pool feels cold despite heating.
