Perched on the edge of Praia de Salema's clifftop, Mar Azul is a stylish villa designed and equipped to a high standard. Head inside to discover a sun-soaked entrance hall leading to a lovely double bedroom with access to the pool area. This floor also features a spacious dining room equipped for ten guests, with a split-level living room complete with a cosy fireplace. The open plan main kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs, guests will find another living area with a large TV and small dining table, plus a fully-equipped kitchen and double bedroom with an en suite shower room. The beautifully decorated bedroom opens up to the huge terrace overlooking Salema beach and the coastline. The second and third floors feature three more ocean-view bedrooms with en suites.

The outdoor area boasts several sunny terraces, an al fresco dining area and wonderful infinity pool. The piece de resistance is the rooftop terrace, complete with a Jacuzzi and lounge area. This villa is part of the Vila Vita Parc Resort though is located offsite for a luxurious sense of seclusion. The Resort restaurants, bars, spa facilities, tennis and golf courses are accessible and the beautifully quiet beach.

Important information

Flexible changeover day. Minimum nights stay: 4 NIGHTS from January 1 to April 30 & November 1 to December 31 ; 5 NIGHTS from May 1 to June 23 & from August 27 to October 31 ; 7 NIGHTS from June 24 to August 26.

Clients can access to the following resort amenities:  the restaurants, bars, spa and tennis/ pitch and putt golf course.

Pool heating 

Please note that pool heating will usually bring the water temperature up to approximately 10 degrees higher than the night time temperature. As such in early or late season if the night time temperatures are low, guests may still find the pool feels cold despite heating.
