Mar a Vista is a stunning property located on the cliff top of Praia de Salema, south-facing for the best views of Salema beach and the sea. The villa is impeccably furnished, decorated with a mix of modern exotic, minimalist and African influence, and designed with an abundance of natural light. Head inside to discover a modern, warm living and dining room complete with a fireplace and flat screen TV.  The dining area opens onto the terrace, equipped with an al fresco dining area and fabulous seascapes. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. Upstairs, guests will be wowed by three spacious double bedrooms, each furnished with an en suite. Each bedroom is complete with double doors leading to the lovely terrace. The villa also includes an infinity pool with parasols overlooking the coastline. 

This property is part of the Vila Vita Parc Resort though is located off-site for a more secluded escape. The Resort restaurants, bars, spa facilities, tennis and golf courses are accessible. Local places of interest include the historic Sagres Fortress, 12km away, and Sao Vicente Cape, 18km away.

Important information

Flexible changeover day. Minimum nights stay: 4 NIGHTS from January 1 to April 30 & November 1 to December 31 ; 5 NIGHTS from May 1 to June 23 & from August 27 to October 31 ; 7 NIGHTS from June 24 to August 26.

Clients can access to the following resort amenities:  the restaurants, bars, spa and tennis/ pitch and putt golf course.

Pool heating 

Please note that pool heating will usually bring the water temperature up to approximately 10 degrees higher than the night time temperature. As such in early or late season if the night time temperatures are low, guests may still find the pool feels cold despite heating.
