With a nine hundred square metre estate house, a spectacular twenty metre infinity pool, a long private dock and a little beach, and a great team of staff, this must be one of the ultimate Caribbean villas for large parties and special gatherings. And with gorgeous sea views forming a photogenic backdrop, it does, of course, feature as a wedding venue. Two acre gardens climb the slope from the sixty metres of private waterfront, with walkways to two delightful tikki huts, extensive verandas, quiet hideaways and a six metre waterfall.

The vast wade-in pool overlooks the bay; with complimentary use kayaks and paddle boards, a sailing yacht is available for day or overnight trips (payable locally). The nine stylish bedrooms are divided between the main house and sugar mill tower, and include three master doubles romantically furnished with four poster beds and roll top baths. This exceptional house is a ten minute walk from the beach and a fifteen minute drive from St. George’s.

The great advantage of a Caribbean villa holiday is that holidays can commence on any day and duration is also flexible. The minimum stay is 5 nights, so villas can be booked for 8, 9, 10, 11 nights etc. Special conditions apply for Christmas and New Year. At this time The House and the Sugar Mill must be booked together. For all other dates, The House and the Sugar Mill can be booked separately. They only share access to the jetty and entrance to the property.
