L' Anfiteatro is an exclusive villa with private pool in Taormina. Refined and prestigious, this splendid property is situated in close proximity to the Greek Theatre and to Corso Umberto, but also to a wealth of smart boutiques, restaurants and clubs that are in the centre of Taormina. Overlooking the garden and the pool, the villa has several furnished areas which are ideal for outdoor living. Elegantly furnished with great attention to detail, this villa in Sicily features a beautiful Sicilian style décor with ancient ceramics and antique furniture pieces. Spread over two levels, the villa's comfortable interiors include a large living area with sitting room, lounge with big screen and projector, study, dining room, kitchen, and a bedroom with en suite shower room on the ground floor. 

From the living room two staircases lead to the first floor where there are four bedrooms and four bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning. The villa comes also with WiFi, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher and central heating. From the property the nearby beaches of Mazzarò and Isola Bella can be reached with a short taxi ride or by cable car. Catania, the villages on the slopes of Mount Etna, the Alcantara Gorges and the seaside villages on the 'Cyclops' Riviera are also just a short drive away.

Important information

There is parking space for one car only inside the villa grounds. Other cars need to park outside.

Fewer of you?

Prices are available for smaller parties all year. 3 bedrooms and 3 bath or shower rooms and the cloakroom will be open for up to 6 people. 4 bedrooms and 4 bath or shower rooms and the cloakroom will be open for up to 8 people.

Please note that prices for smaller parties will not be available for the 2025 season. 

Electricity is included up to 400 kWh per week, sufficient for normal use. The meter is read together with guests at the beginning and end of the rental. Additional electricity usage is 0.40 Euro per Kwh unit payable locally.

Please note that the preferred suppliers for the villa must be used for any additional services. Unknown extra staff are not permitted at the villa.

An English speaking Mathews Luxury TravelDestination Expert will visit during your stay. Contact details will be sent with your travel documents.

TENANCY TIMES

Arrival between 16:00 – 21:00. For arrivals between 21 – 24:00, a late arrival fee of €50 will be charged, payable in cash locally. Departure by 10:00. Changeover day Saturday: 24 June – 01 September but flexible at all other times (minimum 7 nights)
