Islands View is a stunning contemporary villa looking out over the beautiful Egadi Islands. The property boasts an exceptional panoramic terrace, a covered pool with hydrotherapy, and a traditional sauna. Set over two floors, this minimalist villa is furnished in crisp white décor, featuring large terraces and floor-to-ceiling glass doors throughout. The sophisticated yet simple interiors provide a sense of comfort and luxury. The raised ground floor includes a large open-plan living and dining room with a well-equipped kitchen. Also on this floor are two double bedrooms with shower rooms en suite. From this floor a staircase leads down to a lower level featuring a sauna, an open-plan dining and seating area with a kitchenette, and three double bedrooms, each with en suite shower rooms. The restaurant Baglio Oneto, a vineyard and hotel is open to non –residents and is within walking distance. Further shops and informal restaurants are within 600m and there are further amenities in Marsala just a short drive away.

Prices for 6 are available up to 19 June and from 28 August; please note 2 bedrooms are closed for bookings of up to 6.

Please note that pool heating will usually bring the water temperature up to approximately 10 degrees higher than the night time temperature. As such in early or late season if the nights time temperatures are low, guests may still find the pool feels cold despite heating.

Please note that the preferred suppliers for the villa must be used for any additional services. Unknown extra staff are not permitted at the villa.

TENANCY TIMES

Arrival between 15:00 . Departure by 10:00

Changeover day flexible (minimum 7 nights) but Saturday departure day between 17 July – 27 August.
