Inland and looking out to the Caribbean, this striking villa was inspired by the famous Sandy Lane Hotel, its spacious interiors blending island elegance with contemporary design. Encircled by lush gardens, with its own putting green under palm tree shade, the villa’s entry level is the upper floor, where an airy foyer focuses on a baby grand piano, and spills out to a covered terrace overlooking the stylish pool. To the left of this, the modern kitchen is well-equipped; and there is glamour and a glass-top table for twelve in the formal dining room, which can be opened to the breeze and the mahogany trees through three walls of folding glass doors. The opposite wing is occupied by the lavish master suite, complete with shaded balcony and large sitting room. And two sweeping staircases lead to the lower level, with three king-size bedrooms, a gym, and a lovely living room, open to the poolside. Chef service completes the pampering picture, and Sugar Hill has a clubhouse and restaurant, championship tennis courts, and a beach facility, 3km away, at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel. The resort is 1km from golf at the Royal Westmoreland, and 3.2km from Holetown.

50% Deposit required for any bookings travelling over Christmas and New year. 25% at any other times. Please note there is a minimum stay of 7 nights over the Christmas period, special booking conditions apply. 

Security deposit of USD 2,500 will be debited from a credit card on arrival to cover incidentals and any damage.
