Golden Sands

Golden Sands is a small house in Sicily that lives up to its name, set in a truly privileged spot with direct access to the wonderful Mediterranean Sea. This charming south facing beachfront cottage, an ideal retreat for two couples sharing or a small family, boasts panoramic terraces framed by a sandy garden of natural plants and a unique style of plunge pool from which to take in the endless sea views. The open-plan living and dining room, including a modern kitchenette, is enclosed by floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors with direct access to the beachfront terrace and the al fresco dining area.

With a rustic-chic décor, colour-washed walls, contemporary and wooden furnishings, this villa is inspired by the lines and colours of the island. Two double bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms, complete the residence. The sea below the property is accessed by two short wooden ladders from the sandy terrace and a further wide sandy beach can be accessed by walking approximately 100m along the coast road to the rear of the property. Golden Sands is within easy reach of Santa Maria del Focallo and all its amenities.

Please note that the property is set off the coastal road and some passing traffic may be audible. Please note that the kitchenette is more suitable for simple cooking.

Please note car is recommended, roads are not suitable for walking.

Please note that the preferred suppliers for the villa must be used for any additional services. Unknown extra staff are not permitted at the villa.

TENANCY TIMES

Arrival from 16:00 .  Departure by 10:00

Late arrivals between 21 – 24:00 are on request and are subject to a late arrival fee €30 payable in cash locally.
