Finca Tia is a luxury five bedroom property in Ibiza, Spain, situated in a quiet location nearby to several top restaurants on the island.

With a light and airy ambiance, the villa’s interior has been meticulously designed to make the most of the natural light that the region so generously offers, providing a subtle reminder of the area’s natural beauty at all times. On the ground floor, the elegant open plan kitchen and dining area opens up directly onto the terrace, ideal for evening meals outside accompanied by the distinct night sky which makes this island so special. The villa has two spacious indoor lounges with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass doors, and plenty of options for entertainment including a 4K projector, a four-metre-wide screen, and top of the range audio systems. All of the bedrooms on the ground floor also boast their own garden area, on top of the en suites that they each have. Upstairs, the first floor is home to two king size suites, both with panoramic views of their own, and granting direct access to the rooftop terrace.

Stepping outside, the infinity pool stretches fourteen metres in length, with its beach style entrance allowing for a truly seamless transition into the water. After a swim, head to the outdoor lounge area, or up to the rooftop terrace for views of Playa d’en Bossa, the Salt flats and the Island of Formentera, and enjoy a relaxing cocktail whilst the sun sets, night after night. Alternatively, the villa’s exterior lounges provide outdoor comforts in a cosy, serene space.

Important information

Compulsory security deposit of €7,000 must be paid by credit card directly to the villa owner at least two weeks before arrival. This is a refundable amount provided there are no damages. Mathews Luxury Travelin unable to take security deposits and this must be organised directly between the customer and villa owner.
