The lowdown

Despite its charming alpine facade, Fahrenheit 7 is modern and luxurious – a must-visit destination for those looking for a good time in Courchevel. The hotel has not one but four different dining and apres-ski options, and the bold, colourful rooms are a welcome break from traditional Savoyard style. The location couldn’t be better, with the Ariondaz Gondola and the ski school meeting point just 200 metres away. The hotel is just meters from the centre of Courchevel 1650 village too, where you’ll find shops, bars and restaurants galore. Make sure to indulge in a massage in the stunning spa while you’re here.

  • Rest your muscles after a long day on the slopes in the spa with sauna, steam room and massage rooms
  • warm up around the floating fireplace in the La Cheminée lounge bar, visit the Zinc bar and for some live music and classic Apres-ski vibes, take advantage of sunny days at La Terrasse or dine at Asian-inspired grill La Rotisserie
  • Head straight to the slopes from the front door – the ski-in-ski-out hotel is perfectly located for both skiing and village activities

Après ski and dining

The hotel has four food and drink options, as well as plenty to explore on your doorstep in Courchevel. La Rotisserie is located right on the foot of the slopes, serving up tasty Asian-inspired dishes including meats cooked in our wood fired oven, seared fish, local unpasteurised cheeses as well as a home-made dessert menu.

The outdoor version of La Rotisserie is La Terrasse, open from 9AM to 7PM daily. Facing south and right on the slopes, you can take full advantage of sunny days whilst surrounded by the mountains. It is perfect either for a mid-morning hot chocolate, a leisurely lunch or a few drinks after a day’s skiing.

Fahrenheit 7’s newly-launched Le Zinc bar is also worth a visit – here you can either share the platters of local produce, enjoy a glass from a choice of 145 carefully selected wines and Champagnes or choose an old rum or cognac. As the evening goes on, Le Zinc gets livelier with up to 3 nights a week of live music or DJs.

Last but not least, the hanging fireplace and cosy yet modern atmosphere at La Cheminée make it a perfect refuge for dinner or an evening drink. For guests doing full-board, there’s a 3 course a la carte offering served here, with traditional steaks, tartiflette and Alpine specialities.
