Originally built for the founder of the famous Annabel’s nightclub in London with the principal rooms designed by renowned interior designer Nicky Haslam, this magnificent and unique property is set in five acres of beautiful gardens within easy reach of the vibrant souks of Marrakech as well as the breath taking scenery of the Atlas Mountains. The entrance leads into an impressive courtyard in traditional style with fountain and loggia vaulted with handmade brick. The impressive ground floor reception and dining rooms are elegant and very comfortable spaces.  Upstairs the magnificent master suite with private terrace has far reaching views to the Atlas Mountains. 

Extensively refurbished to offer the highest standards of modern comfort whilst retaining its old world charm, there are hand painted ceilings and mural walls by the local craftsmen of the royal palaces.These are accompanied by imported fabrics by designers such as Pierre Frey, Ian Sanderson, and Jim Thompson, with trimmings from Samuel & Sons. The staff kitchen is equipped with industrial restaurant equipment while the private kitchens have designer elements including a Smeg fridge, Dolce & Gabbana toaster, La Marzocco Coffee Machine, Gozney Pizza Oven, and a frozen drinks machine to make up to 40 drinks. There are UV filtration and water softeners for drinkable water that feels luxurious on the skin, Sonos speakers in all entertaining areas, and state-of-the-art fibre optic WiFi. Further luxurious details include brass fittings imported from Corston for the light switches and outlets, and the bathrooms are outfitted with imported fixtures and fittings from Lefroy Brooks, Czech & Speake, and the Cast Iron Bath Company. All the beds, pillows, and bedding on the property have been carefully selected and imported.

Outside dinners can be enjoyed al fresco on one of the numerous dining terraces, or under a pathway lined by olive trees, and lunches can be enjoyed in the newly built pool pavilion equipped with a full bar including an ice machine. There are further ice machines around all the main entertaining spaces on the property The owners have worked with a landscape gardener to further embellish the gardens.

The villa staff prepare all meals and guests have nothing but praise for the team of eleven staff and villa manager who work tirelessly to make sure your stay is as memorable and relaxing as possible. Guests are looked after by the staff, and the villa is not suitable for self-catering. Special dietary requirements, food allergies, dislikes can be accommodated. The kitchen is for staff use only but guests can store drinks, snacks and baby foods in the refrigerator. Please advise on booking. Please see notes on cook service below.

The non-resident Villa Manager manages a team of eleven staff including the cook and assistant, housekeeping staff, waiting staff/housemen, gardeners and a gatekeeper.

Morocco is an enjoyable destination all-year round with lovely temperatures in the winter months. Our customers also enjoy our villas in Morocco in the summer months due to the dry continental climate. There is low humidity, temperatures drop at night and it is very pleasant in the shade.
