Privately screened by mature trees, with lawns and terraces for al fresco living, and the clear waters of the Caribbean lapping a white sand bay at the foot of the garden, this bright and welcoming villa is a perfectly charming place to chill. Throughout the house, décor and furnishings blend crisp white with vibrant fabrics in reds and aqua, ceiling fans boost the cooling sea breezes, and WiFi is available to touch base with the real world. Entry to the main house is into the double-height dining room, from which there is an open-tread staircase to two air-conditioned, en suite bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a raftered ceiling and doors to a shared sea-view balcony.

Three steps down from the dining area, an open-plan living room has big sofas, a convivial bar and small breakfast area, and opens on to a shaded terrace, lit by shell lanterns and meeting the seafront lawns. The cottage, just a few yards across the grass, is a beautiful open-plan arrangement of king-size bedroom, living room and kitchenette. Adjacent to the historic St. James church, the villa is 800m from lively Holetown, and a short stroll along the boardwalk from snorkelling at Folkestone Marine Park.

100% cancellation will be due for bookings cancelled 60% days or less prior to departure.

For occupancies up to 4, the Cottage will be closed. This does not apply for Christmas and New Year period from 20 December – 10 January. 

Please note that this property is strictly no smoking indoors OR on the grounds of the property.

Tidal beach: Guest must be aware, weather and seasonal sea conditions throughout the year may affect the size of this beach.

Security deposit of USD 750 will be debited from a credit card on arrival to cover incidentals and any damage.
