One of St Anton’s most sought after properties, this spacious and decadent 10 bedroom chalet is made for large group get-aways and special occasions. In the town of St Anton – Austria’s original ski destination – you’ve got your pick of restaurants and nightlife, as well as access to hundreds of kilometres of pistes just minutes away. Back at the chalet, there’s a private bar, a heated indoor pool, and a fully-equipped spa to take advantage of. The property offers great flexibility too – you can book exclusive use of the whole of Eden Rock for up to 20, or it can be divided into three large, luxurious chalets; Chalet Kanzi (sleeps eight), Chalet Ariane (sleeps six) and Chalet Zari (sleeps six). With the option for a fully catered service and your own private chefs, it is also perfect for business ski trips.

Decor
Kick back and enjoy Eden Rock’s stunning interior design, which is right at home in the Tyrolean village. The property was built by an award-winning architect, and the exterior is made with local stone, antique wood and traditional Austrian shutters. Inside, the chalet’s three separate apartments are beautifully combined with a sleek and stylish decor, which honours Alpine tradition while offering state-of-the-art comfort. Think exposed stone, textured wood and carefully chosen chandeliers, alongside the modern spa and pool area below. The living room lobby area and bar have a log fire, and the Tyrolean Stube dining area is available for groups taking Eden Rock (all 3 apartments together), enabling you to eat as a group.
Rooms and Suites
Eden Rock has 10 x twin/double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Alternatively, these can be split up into Chalet Kanzi (four bedrooms), Chalet Ariane (three bedrooms) and Chalet Zari (three bedrooms).
Location
Eden Rock is a nine minute walk (or two minute chauffeured drive) to both Nasserein piste and the Nassereinbahn ski lift: from here, you can enjoy perfect ski conditions on your doorstep. It’s also a 15 minute walk, or three minute drive, into the center of St Anton.

Eden Rock offers a deluxe fully catered experience or self-catered option, depending on your preferences.
Deluxe Signature:
Enjoy a full team of staff, made up of two experienced chefs, four chalet hosts, a chalet manager and on-demand driving service. Each day, tuck into a freshly prepared continental breakfast served in the dining room, with a selection of delicious healthy mueslis, yoghurts, pastries and fruit platters, as well as hot options. After skiing, return to the apartment for an indulgent freshly baked afternoon tea and snacks. In the evening, Champagne and a selection of appetising canapés are served before a grand four-course dinner in the shared dining room. Finish the evening with a fireside digestif or coffee, or head out into St Anton and explore the Austrian nightlife. All-inclusive drinks can be enjoyed throughout your stay at the private bar or mini bar, with a selection of Champagne, wines, beer, premium spirits, mixers and soft drinks.
Self-catered:
If you prefer to cook for yourselves or enjoy the many restaurants nearby, the self-catered option may be better suited to you. Included in this service is a housekeeper 7 days a week, luxury bathroom products, linen and towels, which are changed mid-week. A concierge will welcome you and be able to help with bookings or any requirements. As well as this, they have a highly educated knowledge of the slopes and ski conditions.

Spa and Wellness
A highlight of Eden Rock is the luxurious wellness area and indoor pool in the lower part of the building. Within the heated pool, there’s a whirlpool and counter-current so that you can swim in an endless water stream. The 5 star spa also has a dedicated fitness room, sauna, steam room, massage space and bubble bench, making it ideal for getting some R&R while on holiday.
