The Chalet
Chalet Constantia is located in the village of St Martin de Belleville and sits in an enviable position, overlooking the Belleville valley with uninterrupted valley and mountain views. This impressive chalet provides 375m² of living space and is brand new for winter 2022-23. Split across three floors with spectacular panoramic views in the main living areas, this luxury private chalet offers everything you might need for an indulgent winter holiday in the mountains.
Chalet Constantia is an impressive stand-alone chalet, with a traditional exterior of warm wood and stone and a modern and eclectic interior. The interior spaces are large with a very spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area, with a bar taking pride of place on the top floor.
Floor to ceiling glazing across the entire front of the main living space provides jaw dropping views down the Belleville Valley and across to the village of Chatelard and the iconic Le Cochet mountain.
On the central floor you will find 4 beautiful en-suite bedrooms, including the master suite. On the ground floor there are a further 2 en-suite bedrooms. The ground floor also hosts the private cinema room, play den/games room (with bunk beds) and the spa facilities with a hot tub nestled on the terrace providing both privacy and access to the breath-taking valley views.
This unique chalet blends alpine charm with warm wood tones and natural materials with a striking modern interior using muted tones and splashes of colour. Sumptuous bathrooms, vibrant art and design-led furniture have created a spectacular interior which is opulent yet cosy.
The dining area has a very large wooden in-laid dining table which seats 16 for breakfast or dinner and the designer open plan kitchen is where your personal chef will provide sensational food throughout your stay.
Located less than 200m from the St Martin ski lifts and close to the village centre this chalet allows you to be close to the action, but with the exclusivity and privacy of being on a plot with uninterrupted views. The chauffeur service will whisk you between the chalet and the ski lifts in just a couple of minutes to give you effortless access to the Three Valleys ski area.
