The lowdown

This vast luxury chalet in St Anton opened its doors in December 2019, following a full refurbishment by the award-winning architects behind Eden Rock [insert link]. With 12 en-suite bedrooms, Chalet 47 is quickly becoming established as a go-to in the Austrian ski village for large parties of friends, colleagues or inter-generational family holidays. The property is in a prime location in Nasserein, St Anton, just a couple of minutes from the Nasserein Gondola. What’s more, the chalet comes equipped with it’s own spa, cinema room and open bar. With the option for a fully catered service and your own private chefs, it is also perfect for corporate entertaining in the buzzing town of St Anton.

Decor

Chalet 47 was completed in December 2019. It has been refurbished in a modern alpine style, featuring old wood and stone with all the modern gadgets neatly incorporated. It boasts contemporary interiors, maximising the space with high vaulted ceilings and a cosy open plan bar and lounge, all of which enhance the mountain lodge atmosphere. The dining room resembles a modern twist on the traditional ‘stuberl’ where guests can enjoy freshly prepared breakfasts and cosy, relaxed evening meals expertly prepared by your dedicated chef.

Chalet 47 has twelve well-equipped en-suite double or twin bedrooms, all with flat-screen TVs and spacious, modern bathrooms. Each comes with high-quality bathrobes and fluffy towels, luxury toiletries and mountain views.

Standing in a prime location in Nasserein, St Anton, Chalet 47 is a mere 350 meters from the Nasserein Gondola. From here, you can enjoy perfect ski conditions on your doorstep.

Chalet 47 offers a deluxe fully catered experience or self-catered option, depending on your preferences.

Deluxe Signature – fully catered: 

Enjoy a full team of staff, made up of two experienced chefs, four chalet hosts, a chalet manager and on-demand driving service. Each day, tuck into a freshly prepared continental breakfast served in the dining room, with a selection of delicious healthy mueslis, yoghurts, pastries and fruit platters, as well as hot options. After skiing, return to the apartment for an indulgent freshly baked afternoon tea and snacks. In the evening, Champagne and a selection of appetising canapés are served before a grand four-course dinner in the private dining room. Finish the evening with a fireside digestif or coffee, or head out into St Anton and explore the Austrian nightlife. All-inclusive drinks can be enjoyed throughout your stay at the private bar or mini bar, with a selection of Champagne, wines, beer, premium spirits, mixers and soft drinks. 

Self-catered: 

If you prefer to cook for yourselves or enjoy the many restaurants nearby, the self-catered option may be better suited to you. Included in this service is a housekeeper 7 days a week, luxury bathroom products, linen and towels, which are changed mid-week. A concierge will welcome you and be able to help with bookings or any requirements. As well as this, they have a highly educated knowledge of the slopes and ski conditions. 

Children

Well-suited for large and intergenerational family groups, with a children’s quad-bunk room.

The modern spa at Chalet 47 has a traditional sauna, a relaxing steam room, and a fantastic hydromassage hot tub where guests can ease their muscles after a day on the slopes. The property also comes complete with yoga and pilates room, which can accommodate the use of a personal trainer. Of course, no spa would be complete without the massage and treatment room, where private sport therapists and masseurs can help ease your aches and pains.
