A STYLISH ALPINE HOME, PART OF ONE OF LECH’S MOST EXCITING NEW DEVELOPMENTS

Sleeping eight guests in four bedrooms and spanning two floors, Chalech L is a sensational addition to the portfolio. Part of the prestigious Chalech development, located just a 10-minute walk to the centre of charming Lech, and only a few minutes’ walk from the nearest ski lift. Every detail of this beautiful Lech chalet, set over two floors, has been carefully considered. The design marries traditional alpine materials and craftsmanship with modern design and furnishings to create the ideal alpine apartment for families or groups of friends.

Entering the chalet through its main entrance you will find yourself on the top floor, home to the apartment’s spacious open plan kitchen, living, and dining room. The double height ceilings and large windows draw you in and lead you to the chalet’s terrace where you can take in the impressive views of the village and snowy mountains and forests beyond. The focal point of the living area is the open fireplace, a modern take on a traditional Austrian stubel. The living space is complimented by the atmospheric lighting and the plush fabrics, which draw on a muted colour palette that is sophisticated and sumptuous. The striking pendant lighting over the dining table creates a warm and glamorous feel, with the table comfortably seating eight people, ideal for long dinners with family or friends. The bright open plan kitchen overlooks the dining area. It is a wonderful, well-equipped space.

Also on this floor is the first of four bedrooms. This large twin/double bedroom unites lavish fabrics and aged alpine wood, forming a space that is both stylish and relaxing. It has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower that is decorated with sleek slate and traditional-aged wood and this combination is replicated in all the bathrooms.

Taking the stairs down one level, you will find the main bedroom floor. The first of the three bedrooms is the impressive master bedroom, classically decorated in natural green tones and soft, luxurious fabrics. This bedroom is an absolute sanctuary, wonderfully spacious with a reading area that includes an elegant armchair and ottoman, a desk area, a TV, large paned doors accessing the terrance and a stunning en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and a sauna. The further two spacious bedrooms are both twin/double rooms and the same care and attention to detail has been taken with their design and decoration. One has a large en-suite bathroom with separate shower and the other has an en-suite shower room. Both have desks, TVs and terrace access.

The chalet also has access to a luxurious shared swimming pool, tepidarium, gym and spa, shared with four other properties in the Chalech development.

This chalet is also available on a self-catered or a bed & breakfast basis, with a daily housekeeping service included.
