The property is set in extensive lawned gardens with the fenced private swimming pool the focal point, making this an ideal villa for families with young children. The property is also in the perfect location for sightseeing, with the delights of Pisa and Florence within easy reach for day trips, and the shops and restaurants of Lucca just 7km away.

Important information

Arrival at this villa is between 4 and 8 pm.
After 8 pm a fee of Euro 50 is payable and after 10 pm the fee is Euro 100.
Any late arrival after 8pm is on request and needs to be agreed in advance.
Please kindly note that after midnight – if an arrival is possible – the extra cost is Euro 100 per hour.

The last few miles of the road leading to the property are quite curvy and pass through beautiful high antique stone walls. The road gets quite narrow at some points so we recommend not to hire large cars.
