About the villa

This sprawling villa is beautifully traditional on the outside and stylishly modern on the inside, and with masses of shared space for socialising and relaxing it's perfect for families or groups of friends. There is a large, well-equipped kitchen/dining room which leads through to a light and comfortable living room, both opening out onto a covered terrace furnished for al fresco lounging and dining. Two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom are found on the ground floor, each with bath or shower room en suite, while the first floor houses a double bedroom with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. The final double bedroom is located in the annexe along a windy, gravel track away from the main house. This space provides extra privacy suitable for an additional couple or teenagers. Please note that due to its location, it is not suitable for younger children. 

The ground floor opens out to a partially covered courtyard with table football and table tennis, a fun spot for keeping cool in the midday heat. Steps lead to terraced gardens dotted with trees providing ample shade and down to the pool patio edged with flat lawns. Perfectly designed to make the most of the panoramic countryside views, here you’ll find a large private pool and a separate kids’ pool, as well as a pool house with a living/dining area, pool table, shower and barbeque. Casa Malhao is just a 16km drive from the beaches, shops, restaurants and nightlife of Vilamoura and Albufeira, while Boliqueime is only 4km away.
