Inside, the open plan living, dining and kitchen area is a sight to behold. This expansive space consists of high quality furnishings that have a minimalistic and modern style. French doors spread across the back wall of this space, providing direct access to the pool and alfresco dining area. Further on there are three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, all with their own individual en suite and all with bounds of natural light. A cinema room is also situated on this floor. 

Upstairs on the first floor, there is a charming roof terrace with outdoor seating and panoramic sea views, a delightful place to watch the sun go down. 

Outside, guests can make use of the private pool, lawned gardens and al fresco area, complete with an outdoor barbecue.

Shops, restaurants, bars and even bakeries are only 800m away from the villa, if guests wish to venture out. A pathway from Casa Costa leads directly to a beach below the villa, but additional sandy beaches are within walking distance along the cliff path.

Important information

Please note deposit and cancellation terms: 25% deposit on confirmation and full cancellation is due at 8 weeks prior to departure.

The owner requests a compulsory security deposit of £5,500, this is a refundable amount provided there are no damages. Mathews Luxury Travelwill contact you around a week before departure to take this amount, and will be refunded on your return provided there are no damages.
