This recently built villa is an appealing mix of traditional architecture and contemporary interiors, in an enviable hilltop setting offering outstanding views over the countryside. A spacious and modern kitchen leads through to a semi-open plan living/dining area and games room with pool table, while sleeping quarters are comprised of three double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, all with bathrooms or shower rooms en suite. Interiors are decorated in a calming colour scheme of cool blues, whites and neutrals evoking thoughts of the seaside.

The living space and several bedrooms open out to the shaded terrace, comfortably furnished for lounging and dining, which overlooks the flat lawned gardens bordered by gravel beds planted with trees and shrubs. The centrepiece of the garden is the large private pool sunk in the sunny patio, and the accompanying kids’ pool adjacent. Perfect for families with children, the little ones will also love the table football, table tennis and Playstation. The beaches of Vilamoura are 15km drive away, while Boliqueime is only 4km from the villa.
