Ca’n Olo is the perfect place for a family or group of friends who are seeking a villa holiday where outdoor living is paramount.

Inside, guests are greeted by the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped and designed with impressive oak drawers and contemporary white granite. Closby is the dining area, an easy flow between counter to table; and the living space is furnished with high end, neutral furnishings. This open plan area is bright and light with high ceilings and charming beams. French doors are situated on the back wall, providing direct access to the outdoor area. Also on this floor, is one double bedroom with shower room en suite; ideal for those with limited mobility.

Upstairs. There are three additional bedrooms. One master, one double and one twin bedroom. All provide a minimalistic feel, stone floor and stone ceilings to keep guests cool, and two shower rooms to share.

Outside, there is a large private pool, surrounded by manicured gardens and a shaded al fresco area with dining table and soft seating; a built in stone barbecue and table tennis table are also situated under the veranda.

Amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants and shops are 3km away in Pollensa old town and if guests are interested in golf, Pollensa golf club is 5km away. Two beaches, Cala San Vicenc and Puerto Pollensa are 9km away, providing guests a mix of scenery if they choose to leave the villa.
