Arte Verde

Ideal for visitors seeking a comfortable, quiet and relaxing stay, Arte Verde is secluded and well-equipped. The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden with  a pool and lush stretches of lawn, and designed with spacious terraces that are perfect for outdoor living. The property is newly built, sleek and modern with a main house and two more bedrooms under the pool. Set on two storeys, Arte Verde is laid out with bright and airy interiors with large glass doors that showcase the incredible surrounding landscape. The ground floor features a sleek living area with a kitchen and dining area, plus a luxury suite complete with an indulgent in-room Jacuzzi. This floor also features two large double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and a fourth bathroom with a shower. The first floor can be accessed via an external staircase and includes another lovely living and dining room, kitchen, and two en suite bedrooms. The annexe features a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two shower rooms. 

Designed especially for a luxurious stay, this villa also includes a wellness area with a sauna and treadmill. Taormina's evocative historic centre is just a few minutes' drive from the property, alongside the sea. Nearby beaches include Fondachello and Giardini Naxos, as well as the natural Park of Mt. Etna, the Alcantara gorge, the fishing villages on the Cyclops Riviera, Catania and Syracuse. The villa is also close to Mount Etna with its vineyards and lava flows.

Minimum stay 7 nights from 26 June – 01 September. 5 nights all other periods. Prices are available for up to 10 people all year,  5 bedrooms will be available. The annexe will be closed. 

24 June – 01 September – departures on Saturdays only. For all other dates flexible departures on request. 

Tourist tax is payable locally

Please note that the preferred suppliers for the villa must be used for any additional services. Unknown extra staff are not permitted at the villa.

TENANCY TIMES

Arrival from 17:00 – 21:00. Arrival 21:00 – 24:00 subject to prior arrangement. The Late Arrival fee (from 21:00 to 24:00) to pay on the spot is now Euros 30.00.
