Situated in one of the sunniest locations in Morzine, The Bungo is the perfect choice for self-catered holiday in Morzine.
The Bungo is a two-bedroom apartment in Morzine that takes advantage of its sunny position with bi-folding doors opening onto a terrace with a hot tub and gas barbecue. There is a bus stop at the end of the drive and a regular bus service into Morzine. It’s an easy 15-minute walk into town; or, during winter, you can add on a 24-hour resort driver service at extra cost and give one of the drivers a call whenever you want to go to the ski lifts, into Morzine and Les Gets, or be picked up from local restaurants and bars.
The apartment has two en-suite bedrooms that can be configured as either twin or king beds. Another single bed can be added to Bedroom 2 to turn it into a triple room. There is ample storage in both bedrooms and you will find The White Company toiletries, as well as professional hairdryers and straighteners for guests to use. The apartment is great for those with young children, as it is on one level and kids have use of the garden’s trampoline and slide.
The Bungo has a boot room with plenty of space to hang ski clothes, skis and helmets, leaving the rest of the apartment uncluttered, whilst the boot and glove warmers ensure your equipment is dry and warm for the next day.
The large open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge are bathed in sunshine throughout the day and have bi-folding doors that open onto a terrace with a stunning view of La Côte-d’Abroz and Mont Chéry. The living area is a great place to relax and you will have full use of a UK Sky TV package, an iPad, GoPro and plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained. It also has a large sofa bed allowing for extra guests or children to be accommodated.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar area for casual dining and a large dining table for entertaining. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need for a self-catered stay in Morzine, including a coffee machine. There is also a washer/dryer, hoover, iron and ironing board, making it ideal for guests wanting to stay for longer. High chairs and cots can be provided and you will find kids plates and cutlery already in the apartment.
Cold snowy afternoons are always best spent in a warm hot tub with Champagne in hand!

Location
The Bungo is situated on Pied de la Plagne, a beautiful, sunny plateau at one end of Morzine town. The location is ideal for self-catered guests as the bus stop is across from the apartment with buses regularly going to the town centre and the lifts. In the winter three bus routes pass this stop meaning you never have long to wait. If you prefer to walk, the town centre is an easy 15-20 minute walk along a flat pavement.
