The house shares a beautiful tennis court and private jetty with its sister-villa OPHELIA and restaurants in Avlaki are within easy walking distance.

Important information

From June 26th – August 27th 2023 Amarea is exclusively sold together with its sister property Ophelia, forming KINGFISHER POINT for 16 people. Amarea is not available for rent on its own during this period. 

Please note that due to the unique design of the property each room is accessed from the outside and there are no interconnecting rooms. A single bed may be able to be placed in the downstairs bedrooms to help accommodate your specific party, upon request, as long as the maximum occupancy is not exceeded.
