Situated in the large grounds of the Vila Vita Parc Resort, Al-Mar is a wonderful villa ideal for family getaways. This ground-floor villa features a warm and welcoming living and dining room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The villa includes three lovely double bedrooms, each complete with an en suite. All the bedrooms are connected to the living and dining room, where sunlight pours in freely through large glass doors. This property also includes a spacious roof terrace, which covers almost the entire floor plan and is well-equipped with outdoor seating. The villa also includes a large, private pool set in its extensive gardens. 

Al-Mar is close to all resort facilities, including the tennis court, various golf courses, spa and wellness services and the secluded beach. Armação de Pêra is just 1km away, while Porches is 3km away.

Important information

Flexible changeover day. Minimum nights stay: 4 NIGHTS from January 1 to April 30 & November 1 to December 31 ; 5 NIGHTS from May 1 to June 23 & from August 27 to October 31 ; 7 NIGHTS from June 24 to August 26.

Pool heating 

Please note that pool heating will usually bring the water temperature up to approximately 10 degrees higher than the night time temperature. As such in early or late season if the night time temperatures are low, guests may still find the pool feels cold despite heating.
