About the villa

Set at the foot of rolling green hills and with expansive views across the sea to the mainland, Aglaia is one of four villas, just a 450m walk from the shingle beach at Passa, and only 800m from the local supermarket and café.  The local architect has merged authentic traditional lines with minimalist comfort, and this combination has resulted in a one-off villa that is as aesthetically pleasing as it is functional. The property is spacious and airy, with all bedrooms and the living space featuring French windows that flood the rooms with light. Neutral décor and comfortable furnishings can be found throughout. Two of the three bedrooms benefit from an en suite, while the third is served by a separate shower room. There is a modern kitchen with breakfast bar and a living/dining area that opens out to the terrace with additional dining area and soft seating. Steps lead down from the terrace to a patio area with private infinity pool and very comfortable sun loungers. If you can bear to leave the pool, then the lively coastal town of Nidri is just a five minute drive away.

Please note that the house is accessed by an unsurfaced road.

The house is recommended for families with older children due to wide gaps in the railings.

A guest house, on a lower level with separate access and not overlooking the property or pool area, is used on occasion and unobtrusively by the owner.
