Non-skiing activities

Being such a charming village has its perks for non-skiers too, with plenty of boutique shops and cafés to while away an afternoon when you don’t fancy hitting the slopes. For more physical excursions, snowshoeing by night, electric scooters on the snow, and skidoo snowmobile trips are fun alternatives. Head up to Chalet du Sunny restaurant on a piste-basher for a truly unique mode of transport, or spend a couple of hours dog-sledding – a family friendly activity through forests and village scenery. Thrill seekers can have a go at ice diving, paragliding or zip-lining in nearby Val Thorens, while those in need of a pamper can enjoy a massage at La Bouitte’s 5* spa.
